David Warner Signed By Sylhet Sixers for BPL 2019:

David Warner banned from stepping onto 22 yards for a year as an international player because of ball-tampering scandal in South Africa earlier this year. Warner is participating almost in every franchise based tournaments despite an International ban. David Warner Signed By Syhlet Sixers for BPL 2019.

David Warner himself confirmed the news about his participation in Sylhet Sixers for the upcoming BPL. he said: Hello Bangladesh, I am very excited to inform you all that I am now a Sixer. I can’t wait to be a part of the Sylhet Sixers. See you soon. He also said the slogan of the Sixer “Laagbe Baari ….. Boundaari”.

David Warner – The power Hitter in T20:

Warner participating in franchise level cricket after been banned recently he played The Caribbean Premier League(CPL) for St. Lucia Stars. He is one of the most prolific hitters in the modern era of cricket with 12000 international runs in his kitty. He played 70 T20 for Australia and scored 1792 runs with a strike rate of 140.11. In T20 he has scored 7888 with a strike rate of 142.40 including 6 centuries.

Sylhet Sixers not able to win a single BPL title till now. Sixers managed to win just 18 games out of 46 matches in four sessions of BPL thus has the least success rate among the other BPL Teams. Their best performance came in the year 2013 where Sixers finished the tournament ending at the 3rd spot.

Sylhet Sixers Also Signed The Poster Boy Of Nepal Cricket:

Sandeep Lamichhane  The Poster Boy of Nepal Cricket is signed by Sylhet Sixers. Earlier this month Melbourne Stars confirmed the news of signing him for upcoming BBL. Sandeep will join Melbourne Stars team on 10th December 2018 and will available for the matches before leaving for Bangladesh to Play the full season of BPL for Sylhet Sixers. He will return to Australia for playing the remaining games of BBL.

Sandeep Lamichhane made history in January after bagging the contract in IPL. Lamichhane is the first Nepal Cricketer to participate in a big event such as IPL. He also plays in CPL.

Sandeep Lamichhane came to limelight in the Under 19 World Cup 2016 where he bagged 14 wickets to his kitty. Earlier this year Sandeep Lamichhane the Leg -BreakbOWLER  bagged 13 wickets in the ICC World Cup Qualifier and helped Nepal in gaining ODI status.
